After discovering the “self”—that “I” or inner ego—every human being realizes that he is not complete without the “we.” With our differences, we create a society that, from the outside, has a unique, meaningful, and purposeful identity. I deeply believe in autodidactism; a philosophy that has shaped my being. In today’s world, knowledge must be continuously acquired, but skill is more important than knowledge. Autodidactism has taught me that learning never stops and that every challenge is an opportunity for growth.

I also believe in five-finger management—a comprehensive approach that encompasses five key pillars:

• Experimental Manager: Lessons from the field.
• Scientific Director: Decision-making based on academic knowledge.
• Crisis management: Guidance in unexpected storms.
• Financial resources management and economic cycle: Value creation and financial sustainability.
• Organizational Behavior Management: Understanding and guiding the people at the heart of the organization.

This philosophy, along with my belief in the power of community and the unique role of women, guides me. Women in our society are pillars of strength and inspiration; a strength that is not only attractive, but also the engine that drives progress.
